Please be advised that you cannot cancel, return or exchange your order because every order is made for each particular client. We do not offer store credits or price adjustments.
All garments that arrive at the showroom in Toronto are brand new. In addition to the quality control at Papilio Production, every garment is carefully inspected for quality by the representatives in Toronto before being shipped.
If you are buying a sample dress, those are the dresses that other clients have been trying on in the showroom, and you should expect that they can be worn up, have stains, tears, missing buttons, beads, etc. All SAMPLE SALE dresses are FINAL SALE, NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.
REPORTING AN ISSUE:
If you received an incorrect garment, we would like to make it right. Tell us about your problem by emailing info@papilioboutique.ca within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment. Examples of incorrect items are an incorrect size or incorrect style.
Replacing an item:
We will do our best to replace incorrect garments. If we cannot send a replacement, you will be refunded the purchase price plus shipping fees.
Conditions for return and credit:
Returned merchandise must be in original condition-unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair – and must have all tags intact and still attached.
Shipping refunds:
Refunds for return shipping are calculated using the lowest-cost shipping method. Orders returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method with a minimum of $1000-insurance.
What happens next?
Once we receive your return package, please allow up to 15 calendar days to process your return.
Additional Information:
If we receive non-qualifying return/exchange item, it will be shipped back to you at your expense. Any order that is returned more than 20 days past the delivery date will not receive any credit back. Please be sure to understand the return/exchanges criteria before sending your order to us or contact us at info@papilioboutique.ca if you have any questions to be sure there will be no problems with your return/exchange.

For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a shipping carrier that offers parcel tracking. Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or orders sent back without delivery confirmation or tracking number.
ISSUING REFUND:
Credits are processed upon verification of the return. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. You will receive an email when your credit has been processed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.
PURCHASING ONLINE:
We made every effort to display and represent all garments in the best possible way online. However, you can expect to see slightly different results. A design shown on a computer may differ from the actual product. You must contact us before placing an order if you have any questions about fabrics or colors.
We cannot be liable for color variations, fabrics or embellishments replacement made by the manufacturer. We will make the best effort to notify you after we become aware of any such changes. You should understand that although color variations, fabrics or embellishments replacement can happen, they are rare.
Please note that the shape of each garment will alter depending on the weight of fabrics and materials used. Some fabrics and materials are stiffer than others, so will hold a more rigid shape, while others are softer and will not hold a full shape. Please consider descriptions of each garment before placing an order.
We are not responsible if the fabric doesn’t drape precisely how you envisioned. We can only suggest you give it to a friend, donate it to a charity, or sell it.
