Returns:
ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL! We accept return items as long as they meet the return policy requirement. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
Sizing:
You are 100% responsible for choosing a size. Under no circumstances, we will select a size for you nor be held accountable for the chosen size.
You understand that the choice of what size to order is entirely yours. You confirm that you have reviewed our Size Chart and have used it to determine your size. You also understand that your order will not be custom made to your measurements.
We are not responsible for the fit of the garment ordered, or additional costs incurred, including, but not limited to, alterations, other materials or adjusting a size due to weight loss, weight gain, pregnancy or plastic surgery.
Shipping:
All online orders require at least four months for production and shipment. We reserve the right to change a shipment date based on the manufacturer’s production schedule. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for more details.
Please note that we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery of any item due to labor disputes, transportation shortage, delays in receipt of materials, priorities, fires, floods, Acts of God, the breakdown of machinery, accidents and other causes beyond our control or our suppliers.
Cancelation Policy:
Your order confirmation receipt does not imply that your order has been accepted. It also does not mean the confirmation of our offer to sell. Please note that we reserve the right to take or decline your order at any time, as well as supply less than the quantity you ordered for any reason. Please make sure you provide us the correct contact information, as we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you before canceling your order.
We apologize if the fabric or embellishments for the garment you order may be out of stock, and we cannot offer any replacement and therefore fulfill your order on time. In this case, you will be notified as soon as your order has been canceled.
We also have the right to cancel an order placed for a garment listed at the incorrect price due to an error in pricing information received from our manufacturer or due to a display/typographical error. You will be immediately issued a credit to your account if your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled.
Ordering Dresses without Trying:
We made every effort to display and represent all garments in the best possible way online. However, you can expect to see slightly different results. A design shown on a computer or in print may differ from the actual product. You must contact us before placing an order if you have any questions or concerns about fabrics or colors.
The shape of each garment will also alter depending on the weight of fabrics and materials used. Some fabrics and materials are stiffer than others, so will hold a more rigid shape, while others are softer and will not hold a full shape. You must consider descriptions of each garment before placing an order.
We will not provide any returns, refunds or exchanges if you do not like the design, look, color or shape of the garment ordered. We are not responsible if the fabric doesn’t drape precisely the way you envisioned. We can only suggest you give it to a friend, donate it to a charity, or sell it.
